• 3–5 years of hands‑on automotive experience
• Minimum 3 ASE certifications (Master Tech preferred)
• Manufacturer certifications across all major systems
• Proven skills in:
  Engine, Suspension, Brake, Electrical, HVAC, Drivability Diagnosis & Repair, Lube & Maintenance Services
• Customer Pay Repair Efficiency > 105%
• Relentless attention to detail and pride in your work

• Pay Range: $28 – $35 per flat rate hour
