How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Carpenter Foreman, you are the boots‑on‑the‑ground leadership driving project success. You’ll oversee daily construction activities while working hands‑on with a talented crew. From layout to finishing, you’ll ensure quality, safety, and efficiency every step of the way.

You Will

• Lead and mentor carpenters while actively working alongside them
• Interpret plans, drawings, and specs to build with accuracy and precision
• Coordinate daily site needs with Field Operations, Shop, and Project Managers
• Maintain professional communication with owners and project stakeholders
• Complete layout, grade elevations, and material measurements
• Uphold jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
• Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Promote a strong safety culture — investigate incidents and model safe behavior
• Accurately track time, equipment, and work progress
• Contribute to developing the next generation of skilled professionals

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial construction carpentry experience, including foreman‑level leadership
• Strong blueprint and document reading skills
• Proficiency in construction math and layout (algebra/geometry)
• Solid understanding of materials, equipment, and construction methods
• Excellent communication and team‑leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license + ability to travel between job sites
• Strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance
