JOB TITLE: Licensed Plumber

LOCATION: Madison, WI

HOURS: Full-time, Monday through Friday – First Call 7AM

• Perform plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs in both residential and commercial environments.
• Meet performance expectations as outlined by Blue Collar and management.
• Lead and manage plumbing service calls from start to finish.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, water heaters, and fixtures.
• Install plumbing systems and components according to code.
• Train and mentor Pre-apprentice and apprentice plumbing technicians.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Recognize customer needs.
• Prepare work cost estimates for customers.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties assigned to this role.

• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.
• Valid Wisconsin Plumber License (mandatory).
• Minimum of 5–7 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions/processes.

• Capacity to carry, lift, and push up to 75 pounds.
• Frequently required to stand and walk.
• Frequently required to bend, reach, stoop, or crawl.
• Perform repetitive motions using hands and fingers.
