• Assess project scopes and create detailed, itemized bids based on home modification needs.
• Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and Jukebox Health representatives.
• Complete high‑quality home modifications, including but not limited to:
  • Grab bar and rail installations
  • Walk‑in shower and bathroom modifications
  • Ramps and stairlifts
  • Widening doorways
• Ensure compliance with state and local building codes and ADA guidelines when applicable.
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and efficiency in completing projects on schedule.

• Licensed and insured.
• Experience in home modifications or accessibility projects.
• Ability to create clear, itemized bids and understand project costs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and ownership of tools/equipment.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high‑quality workmanship.
• Familiarity with ADA compliance and accessibility standards (preferred).
