Job Description

Join our team as a Concrete Worker, contributing to new construction job sites. Our focus is primarily on residential projects, with occasional small commercial jobs. You will assist in new builds, working alongside experienced colleagues in both finish carpentry and concrete tasks. This role offers the opportunity to enhance your skills and potentially transition into other carpentry and concrete roles over time.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with new construction and residential projects.
  • Perform tasks related to finish carpentry and concrete work.
  • Use hand and power tools efficiently.
  • Help prepare and maintain job sites.
  • Work alongside tenured employees to gain experience in various carpentry and concrete roles.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • General construction and labor skills.
  • Experience in carpentry and concrete work.
  • 3+ years of lead experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly for up to 10 hours daily.
Additional

Skills & Qualifications
  • Demo, carpentry, and concrete work.
  • Experience in waterproofing.

Work Environment

You will be working outdoors in all types of weather conditions, engaging in physical tasks. The job involves working on new construction sites of residential and commercial properties, with residential sites being unoccupied. Team sizes range from 4 to 10 people depending on the project. The dress code includes pants, steel toe boots, and shirts with sleeves, with required PPE such as hard hats and visibility gear.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
