Window and Door Measure Technician & Service Technician
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

5 to 7 years of experience in window/door installations.
Responsibilities- Reviewing new sales contracts for accuracy
- Provide accurate measurements & detailed info at the jobsite measure
- Verify the accuracy of all measurements for processing to our purchasing dept
- Provide detailed materials takeoff sheets for each job to be installed
- Provide written communication documented for installers to follow on each installation
- Adhere to our production schedule
- Job site inspections when required
- Workload shall be about 20% office and 80% field (this may fluctuate due to demand)
- Work a minimum of one Saturday a month
- Field Service repair of customer window and door issues.
- Identify the product and repair parts needed to correct customer concerns
- Adjust doors and windows for proper operation
- Paint and stain touch-ups as required
- Understand how to read a tape measure
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of installation methods for all types of windows and doors is required
- Possess strong organization/communication skills with our Sales team and Production staff
- Basic understanding of servicing doors and windows
- Pleasant phone and in-person mannerisms and the ability to interact with all types of personalities
- Strong attention to detail is imperative
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Basic computer skills are required
- Must be a "Team" Player
- Provide a level of Customer Service
- Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
- Excellent service skills to satisfy customer concerns
- Mechanical aptitude to diagnose and problem solve
