Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role located in Madison, WI, for a skilled Carpenter. The Carpenter will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including constructing and repairing structures, using hand and power tools, framing, and finish carpentry work to ensure that housing projects align with ADA guidelines for accessibility. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring high‑quality craftsmanship in all tasks.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry techniques
- Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
- Skilled in Framing and related construction processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet building codes and safety standards
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor, lift materials, and work on‑site
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of ADA compliance and universal design principles is a plus
- Prior experience in residential construction or remodeling projects is advantageous
- Highly competitive pay based on experience.
- We have year round indoor and outdoor work on new construction and remodels.
