As the Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the department's overall operations.
Pay:
Up to $23 hr + 10% quarterly bonus.
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing apartment turns and responding to work orders across multiple skill areas, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance. this role also supports community upkeep through grounds cleanup and seasonal responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, and committed to delivering a high level of service to ensure resident satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
* A candidate should have experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Plumbing, contracting, builders' certifications, and licenses are a plus! Availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary is appreciated!
