Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. You will have the opportunity to work in multiple divisions, including Commercial Air Vapor Barrier, Commercial Hot Applied, Commercial Traffic Coatings, and more. This role involves assisting with construction labor work, demolition, and moving materials to new locations. The position requires the ability to lift 70lbs regularly and involves the use of hand and power tools.
Responsibilities
- Assist with construction labor work and demolition tasks.
- Move materials to new locations efficiently.
- Utilize hand and power tools for various construction tasks.
Essential Skills
- Experience in general and construction labor.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and working with concrete.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a 4-panel drug test.
- Strong attendance record and punctuality.
- 2+ years of construction experience with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 70lbs.

Work Environment
You will work on commercial construction job sites, spending 100% of your time outdoors in various weather conditions. The work hours are from 6:45 am to 5 pm. Start your day at the company shop and travel to job sites in a company truck. The team size ranges from 1 to 3 people. The dress code requires leather boots, high visibility shirts, and hard hats.
Essential tools include a 28 oz. hammer, 25’ tape measure, utility knife, and other specified equipment. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, and high visibility vests/shirts are required.

This is a Permanent position based out of Madison, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
