• 5+ years of experience in HVAC/R repair
• Knowledge of the principles of refrigeration and related controls, allowing for effective diagnosis, repair and installation of appliance reach-ins and ice machines
• Strong understanding of how to measure and adjust super heat, refrigerant pressures and temperature controls is required
• Also understands the use and application of alternate refrigerants for retrofit repairs on refrigeration equipment
• Ability to maintain positive customer relations, both internal and external

• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Be available for on-call duty
• Attend monthly safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload
• EPA certified
• Clean driving record
• Clear background check and drug screen
