AsanHVACForeman,you'llplayakeyroleinshapingprojectsandbuildingalegacyofqualitywork. Projects including: bars, restaurants, clinics, commercial build outs, retail spaces, etc. You'llfindaplacetothriveandadvanceyourcareerwithus if you're passionate about HVAC and embody being a Team Player.

• Hourly Pay:$38-46hr + 1.5x OT(commensuratewithexperience).
• PTO + Sick Days + Paid Holidays + Paternity/Maternity Leave

As an HVAC Foreman at Dave Jones, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will help ensure our clients receive top-notch service and reliable equipment to keep their environments comfortable. • Owntheinstall.Load/unloadequipment,cutsheetmetal,assemble components,andinstallductwork,gasandcondensatepiping,andventing-safelyandtocode.
• Wireitright.Installandtroubleshootlow-voltagecontrolsandwiringtobringsystemsonlinesmoothly.
• Buildfromtheplan.Read blueprints(pre-drawnorfield-laid) andtranslatethemintoaccurate,efficientlayouts.
• Cutwithconfidence.Coreandcutopeningswhileprotectingstructuralintegrityandjobsitesafety.
• Staytwostepsahead.Keepmaterialsandtruckstockorganized;communicateneedstopreventreturntrips.
• Leadwhenneeded.Stepuptomanagetasksandcrewstokeeptimelinesontrack;helptrainapprenticesandfellowinstallers.
• Liveoursafetyculture.ModelandupholdtheDJSafety

• Experience:5+yearsofHVAC newconstructionin commercial space ad 3+ years of experience leading crews
• Credentials:Highschooldiploma/GEDanda
  valid driver'slicense

• Field skills:Comfortablewithhand/power tools;abletofollowinstructions,multitask,andcommunicateclearlywithfieldandofficeteams.
