Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

We are seeking a skilled and dependable professional to join our team and contribute to high-quality construction, installation, and repair projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and safety, and is comfortable working on a variety of tasks in residential, commercial, or renovation settings.

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project specifications and blueprints
• Install structures and fixtures such as framing, doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and hardware
• Perform repairs, modifications, and finish work with attention to detail and quality standards
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and work orders to complete tasks accurately
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Coordinate with other team members, trades, and supervisors to complete projects on schedule
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and customer expectations

• Previous experience in carpentry, construction, remodeling, or a related field
• Ability to read measurements, follow instructions, and work from drawings or plans
• Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and construction methods
• Comfortable performing physical work in a variety of environments
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with framing, finish carpentry, or cabinetry
• Familiarity with remodeling, installation, or repair work
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing project needs
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation, if required by the role
