Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with complex equipment, leading projects, and being on the road? We're looking for an Installation Service Manager to join our growing team!

This is an opportunity to take ownership of equipment installations from planning through startup, work directly with customers, and help shape the future of our installation and service business.

• Hands-on leadership of equipment installations, assembly, startup, and troubleshooting
• Nationwide travel (up to 80%) and direct customer interaction
• Ownership of projects from planning through customer sign-off
• Collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Operations, contractors, and suppliers
• Opportunity to build and lead a growing installation and service team as the business expands

• 8+ years of hands-on technical, maintenance, field service, or installation experience
• Experience with packaging equipment or automated systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and independent problem-solving skills
• Someone who enjoys working in the field, coordinating projects, and delivering a great customer experience

If you enjoy seeing a project go from ready to install to up and running and want the opportunity to make a real impact as our business grows, we'd love to hear from you!
