Job Summary:This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the HVAC industry. The Entry-Level Commercial HVAC Service Technician will work alongside experienced technicians to learn how to install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems. We provide hands‑on training for the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist senior technicians with servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems
- Learn to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter changes, cleaning, and inspections
- Help maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles
- Accurately document work performed and assist with service reports
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Provide professional and courteous support to customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in HVAC or mechanical trades
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (rooftops, mechanical rooms, outdoors)
