Job Description
Rough Carpenter – Madison, WI
Pay: $25–$40/hr based on experience
Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
Joint Construction is looking for experienced Rough Carpenters to join our team in the Madison area.
Responsibilities:
- Frame walls, floors, and roofs
- Install wood framing and structural components
- Read blueprints and follow layouts
- Measure, cut, and install materials
- Use hand and power tools
- Maintain a safe and clean jobsite
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of rough carpentry experience
- Must be a current Wisconsin resident
- Basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and with a crew
