QUALIFICATIONS YOU'LL NEED

• Education: High School Diploma/GED minimum
• Experience: Development and execution of outreach strategies, record-keeping and data organization
• Professional

  Strong written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail
• Working Style: Energetic can-do attitude, adaptability and flexibility, professional demeanor with top-notch customer service
• Additional: Ability to work closely with community partners

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll expand program access by:

• Overseeing recruitment events and needs for Head Start and Childcare programs
• Implementing outreach strategies that build on agency strengths and community partnerships
• Coordinating, setting up, and attending recruitment events agency-wide
• Collaborating with enrollment, family services, and management staff
• Building and maintaining relationships with community organizations
• Developing and executing targeted outreach to Spanish-speaking families
• Managing recruitment data and record-keeping systems
• Representing Reach Dane professionally in the community
