CRM Integration Architect III

Education and Experience:

8+ years of Salesforce platform architecture and development experience.
Strong experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Integration Patterns, and Security Model.
Hands-on experience with Mule Soft Any point Platform, APIs, RAML, Data Weave, and integration orchestration.
Experience integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud or customer engagement platforms.

Experience supporting Agile and Dev Sec Ops delivery methodologies.
Design and implement scalable Salesforce enterprise architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform solutions.
Lead Mule Soft API-led connectivity initiatives, integration architecture, and enterprise data exchange strategies.
Design and optimize AWS Connect contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud and omnichannel workflows.
Develop Agentforce-enabled automation and AI-driven customer engagement strategies.
Provide architectural oversight for CI/CD, Dev Sec Ops , deployment governance, and environment management.
Knowledge of Agentforce architecture, conversational AI, and automation workflows.
Experience with Dev Sec Ops tools such as Gearset, Azure Dev Ops, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and enterprise integration standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership skills.
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA preferred.
AWS connect and Mule Soft certifications are a plus.
