We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel welcome, and that they’re an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout.

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Helping members set and achieve goals
• Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart‑rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
• Being a team player

• Being AED/CPR certified
• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orange theory Fitness

Orange theory is a 1-hour, full-body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a more personalized experience in a group setting. Designed to be effective and efficient, our workout classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness.

Depending on experience, coaches can make up to $65 per class plus commissions and bonuses – some of the highest rates in the industry. Coaches also receive a free premier membership to our studio. Classes are paid by attendance.

• Saturday Classes 6:30 am – 11:30 am (Must be able to work this shift)
• Thursday Classes 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Friday Classes 8:00 am – 1:30 pm
• Friday Classes 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm

If you are looking to work full-time, there are opportunities to do so with us! This would involve you working a mix of classes and front‑desk/sales hours. Total compensation for this position would be approximately $37,000 to start, with opportunities to earn up to $57,000+ over time with increased class schedules!
