Title: Assistant Coach

Forward Madison FC is looking for an Assistant Coach to join the technical staff and work directly with the Technical Director, Head Coach, and Sporting Director.

• Assist in all aspects of the on-field product, including training sessions, video analysis, and match management.
• Oversee club goalkeeping training and implementation of methodology.
• Assist and help oversee year‑round health and wellness programs for rostered players.
• Support the Director of Operations in the implementation of camps and clinics, providing availability on occasion to assist and help oversee.
• Play an active role in the Madison community and assist in the organization of roster in community engagement, charitable efforts, and soccer development.
• Communicate regularly with technical and front‑office staff.
• Responsibilities may change and/or additional duties assigned at the discretion of management.

• Must have a B coaching license or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary high‑performance environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and travel.
