Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for full time OFFICE COFFEE ROUTE DRIVER positions.

Location:

OCS Madison - 2250 Mustang Way, Madison, WI 53718.

Schedule:

full time schedule Monday through Friday, start 7:00 am.

Requirement: must have a valid driver’s license. Previous driving experience preferred.

Perks: $1,000 sign on bonus, free coffee, reduced-cost snacks and beverages, and $100 safety shoes allowance.

Fixed Pay Rate: $21.25 per hour.

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and other related equipment.
• Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines. Report defective equipment as needed.
• Prior to beginning each day’s route, ensure the truck is properly loaded with all product required to service all scheduled machines following outlined operational procedures.
• Inform regular clients and customers of new products or services; listen to and resolve service complaints.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
• Accountable for all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected and product.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation in accordance with District procedures.
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized at all times.
• Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid non‑CDL Class C driver’s license ensuring safe operation of company vehicles.
• Preferred 1–2 years experience in a customer service position or a minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment.
• Able to work independently; responsible for route; work unsupervised 98% of the work day.
