Are you a take-charge kind of person with experience running mining crews? Payne + Dolan is looking for a dependable, hands‑on leader to oversee day‑to‑day operations at our portable aggregate sites. Join a family‑centered company that values your grit and know‑how.

• Manage production, schedules, and daily operations
• Operate and oversee crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment
• Handle maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and keep equipment up to spec
• Enforce safety practices and work site standards
• Communicate clearly with crew, managers, and contractors
• Pitch in when needed – welding, inspections, cleanup, you name it

This is a portable operation – you’ll rotate between sites throughout Southern WI.

• Solid experience in mining operations (foreman or lead role preferred)
• Good with communication and coordinating crews
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to join the union if you’re not already a member
• Comfortable with early mornings, outdoor work, and changing conditions
• A strong work ethic and a knack for problem‑solving
