1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm

The Order Selector is responsible for filling customers' grocery orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The Order Selector is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is shipped.
• Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms.
• Tag or mark orders as requested.
• Repack orders when necessary.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Stock product in pick slots
• Conduct physical inventories as required.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and complies with OSHA and MSDS Standards.
• Meet company standards for productivity.
• Be regular in attendance and comply with the Company Attendance Policy.

• Operate powered lift trucks in performance of order selecting duties when required.
• Conduct safety inspections on any equipment used.
• Use of hand‑held computers / scanners and voice‑enabled computers.

• Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Knowledge of stock rotation procedures.
• Ability to read and write legibly in English.
• Ability to count accurately and do simple math.
• Must be capable of standing, walking and climbing stairs for extended periods of time.
• Must be capable of climbing, stooping and kneeling.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to hear well enough to communicate with co‑workers.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors, co‑workers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

High school graduate or equivalent and excellent math skills.
