Job Description
Support all CMM’s across the entire plant. This will include, but not be limited to, writing and correlating PCDMIS 3D part programs for part inspection and First Article layouts. Maintain CMM metrology equipment including programs on all CMMs, Glastonbury’s, spheres, certifications and software. Work closely with design engineers, product owners, quality and process engineers. Train and support production operators and other programmers on CMM functions and operations.
- Metrology Exams will be used to assess knowledge base.
- Metrology Certifications will be required to maintain the position.
- Successful bidders will be asked to produce a resume to verify experience.
- Experience using PCDMIS inspection programs for high‑pressure turbine blades, vanes, and fixture programs, production part audits and manual layouts.
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Export‑controlled program eligibility: must be a U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. citizen, or possess asylee or refugee status.
