Senior Finance Manager - Manufacturing Operations

Job Description Summary

Drive optimal performance ( cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain and Project execution. Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may influence work.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance or Accounting
• 6+ years of experience in Finance or 5+ years supporting supply chain functions

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Cost Accounting experience
• Demonstrate ability to work strategically with both internal and external partners
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
• Established project management skills
• ERP working knowledge
