Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Part-Time Patient Care & Medical Records Support

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. This dual‑role position provides high‑quality, hands‑on support to patients while also assisting the Medical Records department with ADL (Activities of Daily Living) tracking.

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with medication management and administration as directed by licensed healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and record vital signs; promptly report changes to appropriate staff.
• Communicate with patients and families to offer education, reassurance, and support.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and room tidying.
• Assist the Medical Records department with accurate ADL tracking and documentation.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Health Care Aide certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication schedules.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients with mobility as needed.
