• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required
• Support, supervise, and mentor nursing assistants
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote residents’ safety, dignity, and overall well‑being

• Active LPN license
• Medication administration and IV certification
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive, team‑focused mindset
