Seal Master strives to be the customer's first choice in pavement products and equipment. From pavement sealer to sports surfacing to pavement maintenance equipment to tools and accessories, our goal is to be the only call needed to outfit our customers with the proper equipment, tools and products needed to help them succeed. Not only do we sell, rent, and repair our own equipment we also rent and repair our competitor’s equipment we pair it all with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

As a highly successful global company, we are constantly looking for talented individuals to support our growth.

The primary function of the Outside Sales Representative is to increase market share within an assigned territory. This will be accomplished by increasing revenues and building long-term relationships, specifically with contractors and municipalities. This role will target growth from customers, and new potential customers/prospects, to our business. With the expectation to influence and manage decision maker relationships with customers, requiring pavement products and equipment for their businesses or agencies.

This position is a highly customer focused position and requires a high level of customer service and dedication. If you are not an honest person or do not like to work, do not apply to this job. It will be a waste of your time.

You will be required to maintain a Salesforce CRM daily. You will be required to maintain and track expenses in Concur. You will be required to make quotes, reservations, sales orders and other things in Wynne. You will be required to use Office 365 daily which includes Excel, Word, Power point and Outlook.

You will be required to be on the road every day from 7am-5pm Monday - Friday making sales calls. You will have overnight stays for sales blitz, conferences and other things that you must attend on average 30 nights a year.

Responsibilities

Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.

Effectively demonstrate product line

Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas.

Management of customer relationships and account development.

Deliver consistently detailed and highly professional quotes, in a timely manner.

Make office and field visits to build on or create new relationships.

Coordinate with other Seal Master employees for the best possible customer service.

Build a clear ‘quote and jobs-won’ pipeline. Utilizing target customers and events calendar. Discuss upcoming jobs and equipment requirements, in a timely manner, with sales manager.

Actively promote all of our products from various sealers to equipment that we sell and service.

Investigate and resolve any issues including contract, invoice, service, etc.

Identify new customers and help them grow their business.

Present to owners, decision makers & influencers of target customers. Qualify needs and offer solutions.

Create customer agreements and complete process with our contracts and pricing.

Review the customer’s account with accounts receivable on a monthly basis and resolve any issues.

Demo our products and equipment for customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales or related field

2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success

Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.

Clean Driving Record
