Account Manager

Champagne Beverage Company, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Off-Premise Account Manager to join our sales team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. position focused on growing sales, expanding product distribution, executing promotions, and building strong customer relationships throughout an assigned territory.

The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and enjoys building relationships with customers. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities Grow sales volume and market share within assigned accounts.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, managers, and key decision-makers.

Execute sales presentations, promotions, displays, and point-of-sale materials.

Ensure product distribution, pricing, inventory management, and product rotation.

Minimize out-of-stock situations and maintain proper shelf presence.

Conduct regular account visits and business reviews.

Monitor market conditions and communicate competitive activity to management.

Support merchandising teams through coaching and on-the-job training.

Participate in weekly sales meetings and achieve territory performance objectives.

Conduct product samplings and promotional events as needed.

Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Sales, merchandising, beverage industry, or retail experience preferred.

High school diploma required, or college degree preferred

Ability to work independently while managing a structured route and schedule.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient with mobile technology and sales reporting tools.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Reliable transportation required.

Must maintain automobile insurance with minimum limits of 100/300/50.Must be able to travel throughout the assigned territory daily.

Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, and work in retail environments throughout the day.

Regularly lift products up to 50 pounds.

Occasional lifting of products weighing up to 100 pounds
