Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Functional Consultant with deep expertise in HRMS modules to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday implementations and support, particularly in the following modules:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional support and configuration expertise in Workday HRMS modules:
Advanced Compensation
Compensation
Time Management
Absence Management
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements and fixes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday modules.
Provide guidance and training to end-users and HR teams.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
Support PST time zone working hours for meetings, collaboration, and issue resolution.
Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of experience in Workday HRMS modules.
Proven expertise in Advanced Compensation, Compensation, Time Management, and Absence Management.
Strong understanding of Workday business processes and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setup.
Experience supporting clients or teams in the PST time zone.
