Role Description

The Field Manager will oversee field-level operations, including managing financial service delivery, coordinating with local teams, monitoring outreach programs, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies. The role requires maintaining strong community relationships and ensuring smooth implementation of financial initiatives to support underprivileged individuals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madurai.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and operational management skills to oversee field teams and ensure service delivery.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills for engaging with local communities and stakeholders.
Knowledge or experience in financial services, micro-finance, or community development programs.
Organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure efficient field operations and address challenges effectively.
Proficiency in data management and reporting to monitor program outcomes and progress.
A Bachelor's degree in finance, management, social work, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with local languages and the Madurai region is a plus.
Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic field environments.
