Role & responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and monitor the performance of the telecalling team.
Develop calling scripts, customer engagement plans, and follow-up strategies.
Oversee lead generation and conversion efforts through telephonic outreach.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align on offers, promotions, and campaigns.
Track and analyze daily calling reports, lead status, and customer feedback.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure high-quality service standards.
Build and maintain a database of corporate clients and high-value customers.
Implement strategies to enhance appointment conversions and showroom walk-ins.
Ensure CRM software is updated regularly with call logs, leads, and follow-ups.
Train staff on soft skills, product knowledge, and brand positioning.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, strategies, and best practices.
Develop and implement effective telecalling strategies to achieve sales and lead generation targets.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
Oversee the maintenance and effective utilization of CRM systems and telecalling tools.
Set clear, measurable goals and targets for the telecalling team.
Track and report on key metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, talk time, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and overall team efficiency.
