Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Coordinator specializing in Textile Exports, with a focus on towels and blankets. The position is based in Tenkasi, India. The Production Coordinator will oversee production planning and management, coordinate with in-house teams and external partners, monitor quality control, ensure compliance with international buyer standards, and manage timelines to meet On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery goals.

Additionally, the role involves streamlining communication between stakeholders, reporting on production progress, and supporting continuous improvement of supply processes.

Qualifications
Strong communication skills to facilitate clear and effective coordination with teams and stakeholders.
Experience in Production Planning and Production Management, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance standards are met.
Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee multiple priorities, workflows, and deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage schedules, reports, and documentation efficiently.
Familiarity with international textile export standards and compliance requirements is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Production Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is desirable.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and an aptitude for data-driven decision-making is a plus.
