Teaching Personnel is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs across primary, secondary, and ALN provisions throughout Carmarthenshire. The role offers 8:30am to 3:30pm, term-time only, with a pay rate of £14.25 per hour and a September 2026 start.
You'll work across diverse schools, providing 1:1 support and small-group interventions, helping learners engage with learning, develop independence and social skills in a safe, inclusive environment.
