Join a respected international medical technology manufacturer in a new business-focused hospital sales role, selling specialist infection prevention and endoscope reprocessing equipment into NHS and private healthcare.

• Specialist infection prevention medical device portfolio
• Sell capital equipment ranging from £25K-£95K
• Innovative endoscope sterilisation and reprocessing technology

• Drive strategic new business growth across the territory
• Sell specialist capital equipment, consumables and accessories into NHS and private hospitals
• Work with Endoscopy Units, Infection Prevention Teams, EBME and Procurement
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to tenders and implementation
• Convert competitor accounts and win new business opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholders
• Take ownership of your territory while working closely with a collaborative wider team

• Experienced medical device or capital equipment salesperson
• Proven track record of selling into the NHS
• Strong new business and competitor conversion experience
• Understanding of NHS procurement, frameworks and tender processes
• Commercially driven with a resilient, hunter mentality
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Full UK driving licence

• £50-55K basic salary
• £20K uncapped OTE
