35 hours per week, Monday to Sunday rota, flexible days and nights. 1 permeant and 1 fixed term contract available

Shift times

8am - 9pm
-9pm - 8am
-8am - 3pm
-3pm - 9pm

Payrate

£12.60 - £12.90 per hour

Training

Monday - Friday at our Swansea Head office, SA7 9LA

You’ll support people with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health. You’ll support people to flourish in a place they call home. We support people to be ambitious and live a filled life.

Getting creative

Our approach is all about activities and co-production with the people we support. It might be cooking one day and gardening the next. Or creating some art or listening to music. We like to get out and about too – with movie nights at the cinema, food outings, or shopping and a coffee. There are sports fans who you’d take to bowling or to watch a team.
