Salary: £14.24 per hour (including holiday pay)

• Support hostel occupants, ensuring they adhere to rules and regulations
• Provide emotional support to individuals in supported housing environments
• Explain and enforce health and safety procedures within the hostel
• Offer relevant information to visitors and residents
• Liaise with Housing Officers to meet client needs effectively
• Promote equality and diversity throughout the service
• Maintain high standards of customer care and support

• Strong empathetic approach and value base
• Experience with in a social care or supported housing environment is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of others
