Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Student Behaviour Support Officer in Rhondda Cynon Taf to support learners showing challenging behaviour. You will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to foster structure, boundaries, and positive role modelling.
Ideal candidates bring experience from Prison Service, Secure Units, Youth Offending, Probation, or similar environments and can deescalate situations while maintaining empathy and professional relationships.
