Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Operations Management

This is a full lifecycle project leadership position inside a specialist fit-out business delivering high-end joinery projects across the UK (Predominately London).

We’re looking for a Project Manager who understands:

• End-to-end project delivery
• Design coordination
• Manufacturing processes
• Not just someone who manages schedules.

The Specialist Group delivers complex joinery fit-out projects that move from concept design through manufacturing and onto precise onsite installation.

This role sits at the centre of that entire process.

You won’t just track project timelines.

You’ll influence:

• End-to-end project delivery
• Manufacturing coordination and quality control
• Design development and specification alignment
• Onsite installation and programme management
• Client communication and stakeholder relationships

Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Experience in joinery fit-out or construction project delivery
• A strong understanding of design, manufacturing, and installation processes
• Confidence managing project budgets, timelines, and stakeholders
