Our client is a supplier into the motor industry and currently have an opportunity for a Trade Counter Salesperson to join their team. What's on Offer

- Identify needs to recommend the best products
- Taking orders from existing customers
- Developing and building new customer connections
- Making calls, connecting with businesses and building relationships
- Helping customers resolve issues by phone, email and in person
- Keeping company CRM information up to date
- Meeting realistic KPIs set by the company What we are Looking for - A minimum of 1 year sales experience
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Effective communicator, able to build rapport easily - A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C or above, including English and Maths
- Previous experience working to targets
- Self-motivated
- An interest in the auto industry is desirable
- Knowledge and experience of the auto industry is beneficial but not essential Hours of Work:

Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm Salary:£27,000 basic, with opportunity to earn £35,000-£40,0000
