Sales Assistant

About the Role We are looking for confident Sales Assistants to join our busy store in Telford. You will help customers find the right products, explain what makes them worth buying and play a real part in the store’s results. This suits someone who enjoys talking to people and is motivated by doing well. You do not need years of sales experience — we will teach you the products — but you do need the drive to learn, listen and sell well.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers, understand what they need and recommend the right products
• Meet and beat personal and store sales targets
• Handle payments, orders and returns accurately at the till
• Keep product displays full, tidy and inviting
• Stay up to date with our product ranges so you can advise with confidence
• Follow up with customers where helpful and build repeat business
• Support stock deliveries, counts and store standards
• Work with the team to keep the shopping experience smooth and welcoming What Success Looks Like

• Salary of £33,000–£35,000 per year
