Manage sales and purchase ledger activities, including generating invoices, sourcing delivery notes and obtaining trade references. Process supplier invoices and reconcile supplier statements. Work closely with the Purchasing, Sales and Warehouse teams to resolve any order, delivery or invoice discrepancies. Reconcile Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and follow up on outstanding supplier invoices. Post and reconcile company credit card transactions. Maintain accurate financial records and account reconciliations.

Support month-end and year-end reporting processes. Assist the Management Accountant with management accounts, budgeting and forecasting activities. Post journals and reconcile balance sheet accounts. Support profitability analysis and financial reporting. Manage finance inboxes and respond to account-related queries. Skills and Experience Previous experience in an accounts or finance role. Strong understanding of sales and purchase ledger processes. Good Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills.
