- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Managing receipts, payments and account transactions
- Supplier and customer account reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations and cash management activities
- Assisting with month-end processes
- Supporting payroll administration
- Assisting with VAT returns and compliance requirements
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Supporting reporting and management information preparation
Contributing to process improvements and systems development
- Previous experience in an accounts, bookkeeping or finance-related role
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
