We are working with a leading construction business to appoint their new Accounts Assistant, this role is interviewing ASAP and offering an excellent package.

Working as part of the dedicated accounts team you will be;

• Support daily finance and accounting operations
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconcile supplier, customer, and bank accounts
• Assist with month-end, payroll, VAT, and cash management tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support financial reporting, process improvements, and general finance
  administration

What we are looking for

• Experience gained in an accounts, bookkeeping, finance role, ideally within a construction / engineering / similar environment
• Strong, confident IT skills across MS Office, experience of Xero desirable
• Confident communication skills
• Accounts qualification is desirable
