Workwear Centre Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location:

On-site in Chichester Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary (4-week assignment with possible extension)

Hours:

20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 2:00pm (flexibility available) No previous experience needed We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Workwear Centre Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our on-site Workwear Centre. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, enjoys working in a people-facing environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding service. Day-to-day of the role:
Collect and distribute laundry across the site. Liaise with the laundry provider to ensure service levels are maintained. Carry out garment embroidery and application of sewn-on badges. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Resolve order queries and provide timely updates to customers. Track orders and deliveries, notifying customers when garments arrive. Process returns and maintain accurate records. Act as the primary point of contact on-site for all workwear-related enquiries.

Deliver an excellent customer experience to all Workwear Centre visitors, in line with our Legendary Service ethos. Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work environment. Use computer systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook, to manage orders and communications. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service, administration, retail, warehouse, or workwear environment is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. Comfortable carrying out manual handling tasks associated with garment collection and distribution.
