Junior Compliance Officer; Construction

MCS Group is delighted to be working in partnership with a fast growth, exciting Engineering company who are seeking to recruit a Junior Compliance Officer to support compliance across major projects throughout Europe.

This role will focus on ensuring frameworks are met, managing subcontractor and contractor documentation, and maintaining accurate compliance records across multiple live projects.

• Support compliance across European project frameworks.
• Manage and track subcontractor and contractor documentation (certifications, insurance, onboarding, renewals).
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready compliance records.
• Assist project teams in meeting contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Provide general compliance administration and reporting support.

• Construction Graduate
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident reviewing and managing documentation.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
