Permanent This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced Ecommerce professional to take ownership of a growing online sales operation across both direct-to-consumer channels and major UK marketplaces. Working within a collaborative commercial team, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end ecommerce journey, ensuring online platforms are optimised, performing effectively and delivering a first-class customer experience. This exciting role offers genuine ownership and the opportunity to make a visible impact across the business, working closely with marketing, category, customer service and operational teams to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :
Own and manage the end-to-end ecommerce journey across B2C websites and online marketplaces. Optimise product listings, content and customer experience to maximise conversion. Analyse ecommerce performance data and identify opportunities for growth. Manage and monitor digital and retail media spend. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure product availability, accurate content and efficient fulfilment. Support marketplace relationships and attend occasional industry events and customer meetings.

Drive improvements across ecommerce processes, systems and reporting.

About You:

Proven experience managing the full ecommerce customer journey within a B2C environment. Ideally experience using Linnworks and Virtualstock (highly desirable). Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience working across online marketplaces and ecommerce platforms. A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and work across multiple departments. A proactive mindset with a desire to take ownership and drive improvements.
