VANRATH are recruiting an Estimator to join a well-respected Social Housing and Property Services Contractor in Magherafelt, Northern Ireland. The Estimator will lead tender pricing and cost estimation for live projects, supporting the commercial and operational teams.
Responsibilities include take-offs from drawings, obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotes, risk assessment, forecasting and contributing to project profitability through effective cost control and value engineering.
