Estimating Assistant

Role: Estimating Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Location: Draperstown, Magherafelt
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5
Salary: Competitive and Negotiable

We're delighted to be recruiting an Estimating Assistant to cover a period of maternity for 9-12 months for a well established construction business.

The Role:

You will support the Estimating Team by preparing cost estimates, obtaining supplier and subcontractor pricing, reviewing tenders, preparing reports and ensuring deadlines are met.

The Requirements:

Good educational attainment, including a minimum GCSE/equivalent in Mathematics & English
At least one year of employment gained in accounts or a construction role
Excellent IT skills
An HND qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or another construction-related discipline is desirable

This opportunity would suit an Estimating Assistant, Accounts Assistant or construction professional with relevant experience looking to come and cover and a maternity period
