Excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join a leading state-of-the-art vehicle workshop in the Magherafelt area. The company's mission is to deliver dealer-level service at competitive prices, while prioritizing exceptional customer care and long-term client relationships.

On offer is a salary of £36,000 - £45,000, pension, sick pay and employee discount. This is a Monday to Friday based role with no late evenings or weekend work.

Role -
Customer Service Supervisor

• Manage Front of House Department, ensuring a first class customer experience consistently;
• Oversee booking, scheduling, and service performance;
• Manages the diary and drivers schedule to ensure time is utilized whilst ensuring timely service;
• Liaise with workshop teams to ensure accurate timelines and updates;
• Ensure clear communication between technicians and customers regarding diagnostics, repairs, and costs;
• Handle complex queries, complaints, and escalations with empathy and professionalism;
• Close down jobs once completed;
• Books MOT's as required and communicate.
• Share a trusting relationship with team and recruit, manage and develop staff.
