Customer Service Adviser – Danske Bank

What you’ll do
  • Handle day‑to‑day banking queries and support customers with digital banking questions.
  • Open new accounts and provide information on new products.
  • Manage customer meetings, make outreach calls and respond to secure emails.
  • Deliver the outstanding customer service for which Danske Bank is famous.
Qualifications
  • Customer service experience, preferably from retail, hospitality or any customer‑facing role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Hunger to learn and adapt quickly.
  • No banking experience required – just drive to make a positive impact and be a Danske Bank ambassador.
Branch Locations

We are hiring for our branches in Newry, Armagh, Dungannon, Magherafelt, Omagh, Enniskillen and Irvinestown.

Schedule

Branch working hours are 9‑5 pm Mon‑Fri and Saturday 9:45‑3:15 (for those living within 25 miles of one of the four shopping centre locations). Staff work a maximum of 1‑in‑7 and receive a full day off in lieu. Part‑time applications (minimum 21 hours) will be considered.
